158754 leaves Llandudno Junction on 5 December 1992 with the 12:15 Holyhead to Crewe Regional Railways service. Since this picture was taken the industrial building behind the train has surprisingly been demolished. Less surprising is that the whole area has become very overgrown. Because Network Rail no longer control lineside vegetation, there is now a tall 'hedge' between the line the unit is on and the two centre tracks. There is a further buddleia 'hedge' between the main lines and the siding on the right.
