With a rugby match going on in the background, 33065 passes through Patchway station on 17 December 1983 with the 2B38 14:00 Cardiff Central to Bristol Temple Meads service. It wasn't long before the narrow strip of waste ground seen here between the road and the railway was commandeered as a bus depot.
