The Scottish Railway Preservation Society's 37403 Isle of Mull passes Clay Cross on 26 April 2025 with the UK Railtours 1Z37 07:58 Carnforth to Kings Norton Signal SY522 'The Really Good Positioning Move' railtour, which would later carry on to London as the 1Z38 15:31 Kings Norton Signal SY522 to Stratford. As the name suggests, this was a one way tour in order to position the loco and stock in London for the following day's 'East Anglian Freighter' railtour.
