37412 & 37674 Ashchurch 14 August 1992

37412 & 37674 growl past Ashchurch with the 6V70 08:20 Bescot to St Blazey china clay empties on 14 August 1992. Both locos were allocated at the time to Laira's MDRL Railfreight Distribution pool and carry the appropriate livery. In this role 37412's ETH would get little use, although of course previously it had been a passenger loco in Scotland, and a few years after this picture was taken it would become a passenger loco in Wales.
