37512 Thornaby Demon approaches Islip on 6 May 2026 with the 5Q57 11:47 Bicester MoD to Derby Litchurch Lane, conveying South Western Railway EMUs 701505 & 701514. This was not the location that I had in mind. The train had left Bicester 52 minutes early, but I expected it to be held until the right time at Bicester Depot West Junction. However, as I was walking to my chosen spot, I noticed that it was on the move 33 minutes early, so I quickly relocated to this field, which gives a relatively uninterrupted side view of the train.
