Of course most HSTs continued on past Swindon, either to Bristol or South Wales, but this set returned to London as the 1A75 14:09 Swindon to Paddington. This view is totally unrecognisable now. Trees in the background, four tracks, overhead electrification, and a new footbridge have altered the view, and not for the better!
