HST glint at Uffington on 3 October 2026. The 125 Group 1Z44 14:37 Swansea to Paddington 'The Journey Shrinker' railtour heads towards London with 43159 leading, and 43025 Exeter bringing up the rear. I thought this was worth photographing, despite the fact that everywhere in the Vale of White Horse would be extremely backlit. The tour was run to mark the fiftieth anniversary of the HST's introduction into passenger service.
