43272 passes Steventon on 10 July 2025 with the 1Q23 06:43 Bristol Kingsland Road to Derby RTC Network Rail test train. This is the rather restricted view from Causeway Level Crossing. Just before this came a funeral party passed over the crossing on the way to Steventon church. There was a long procession of mourners on foot, some of whom had to hurry up when the signalman gave a couple of brief amber flashes on the lights to warn of an imminent train. Good thinking to avoid splitting up the group!
