43423 & 43467 pass Badsey on 13 May 2025 with the 5Q88 05:01 Eastriggs MoD to Long Marston, conveying bi-mode unit 769959 for storage. 43465 & 43484 are bringing up the rear. The Class 769 is a failed conversion of former Class 319 EMUs, which were converted at great expense for GWR, and then never used. This one went to Scotland, and was repainted from green to blue, and is here heading for Long Marston, where it has been stored before!
