In a break between the rain showers, Ivatt Class 2 2-6-0 46521 passes Northwood Lane on 9 May 1992 with a train for Kidderminster. This was the token steam presence during the Severn Valley Railway's Diesel Gala. Unfortunately even when it wasn't raining it was extremely humid. This made driving between locations a bit difficult in my BMW, as it didn't have air conditioning, and the windscreen kept steaming up!
