47818 passes Exminster on 14 November 1990 with the 1M56 12:13 Plymouth to Manchester Piccadilly service. I haven't been back here since the mid 1990s, but wasn't at all surprised to discover that this view is no longer possible, due to the uncontrolled growth of lineside vegetation.
