Running 16 minutes late, 56096 passes Spetchley on 13 September 2023 with the 6V54 05:35 Chirk Kronospan to Baglan Bay empty log carriers. This train was diverted away from its usual route via the Welsh Marches Line due to engineering works. As this was running at an ideal time for photography, all the usual vantage points had their groups of photographers!
