With a horn fanfare, and a wave from both the driver and Steve King, 60029 Ben Nevis rounds the curve at Crofton on 13 June 2025 with the early running 6M02 07:04 Tytherington to Quainton Railhead stone train. It was not only the Class 60 that was making a noise, as a track clearance gang were at work by the bridge, using chainsaws to do some much needed vegetation clearance.
