Chiltern Railways in the Cotswolds! 68026 passes through Kingham station at high speed on 6 March 2026 with the 5Q86 11:40 Long Marston to Eastleigh ECS. This was running three minutes early. It's a good job it wasn't four minutes early, as 800030 would have been in the way, as it called at the station with the 1W21 10:53 Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill GWR service. This was definitely worth a picture, despite the dull weather, as once the Class 68s and Mk5a sets settle into full operation out of Marylebone, they probably will not appear on the Cotswold Line again.
