950001 slowly negotiates Goole Up Goods Loop on 11 March 2026 with the 2Q08 06:25 Doncaster Carriage Holding Sidings to Doncaster West Yard (via Hull) Network Rail test train. It would come to a stand a few hundred yards further on for its booked stop of over half an hour at the southern end of the loop. This 1987 purpose built test train has had something of a reprieve, as it was originally scheduled to be withdrawn in late 2024.
