Running 37 minutes late, due to earlier reports of sheep on the line, D1924 (47810) Crewe Diesel Depot approaches Crofton on 8 August 2026 with the Saphos Trains 1Z07 05:40 Ely to Kingswear 'English Riviera Express' railtour. I hadn't intended to photograph yet another railtour at this location, but several other nearby spots that I visited were completely ruined by lineside vegetation, both by getting in the way, and causing shadows.
