Another day, another picture of 43008 in terrible weather! The 1V44 06:12 Leeds to Plymouth CrossCountry service passes Standish Junction in the rain on 28 August 2023, with 43008 leading, and 43007 bringing up the rear. It was partly sunny when I left home, but completely dull after driving a few miles. A few minutes before the train arrived it started raining, only to stop jut after the train had passed. Naturally once back home it was intermittently sunny again!
